The rescuers from the Hîncești municipality evacuated a person stuck under the earth layer

in the morning of November 14, 2025, the rescuers of the Hîncești Rescue and Firefighters Unit were requested to intervene to help a man who was stuck under a layer of earth.

The incident took place on Cucoarelor street 3 in Hîncești municipality. The call to Service 112 was received at 09:32. According to the information, the person got stuck after the ground gave way during the excavation work for the sewerage.
A rescue team intervened on the scene, which took the necessary measures to stabilize the area and extract the person safely. Following the operative intervention of IGSU employees, the 53-year-old man was brought to the surface unharmed and in a conscious state.
The person was taken by the medical team for the necessary investigations at the district hospital. 
The circumstances of the case are to be determined.
