IGSU joins the "16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence" Campaign
The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations joins the National Campaign "16 days of activism against gender violence", launched by the National Agency for the Prevention and Combating of Violence against Women and Family Violence.
in this context, rescuers and firefighters carry out various activities within the campaign, aimed at informing the population, encouraging the reporting of cases of violence and providing support to women who need help.
At the same time, the firefighters urge citizens to be rescuers for those who need protection, emphasizing that timely intervention can save lives and prevent tragedies.
IGSU employees send a message of solidarity to all women and girls who go through situations of abuse, noting that the safety of each person is important and that violence should not be tolerated in any form.
By participating in this campaign, IGSU reminds that every woman has the right to protection and respect – at home, in society and online. The message is simple and firm: there is no excuse for violence against women.
The National Campaign, carried out under the slogan "Moldova without Violence" and under the call #NO EXCUSE for digital violence, aims to raise awareness, encourage the reporting of cases of abuse and promote a society where every woman is safe.
