Firefighters intervened to extinguish a fire in the municipality of Comrat

at noon on November 4, 2025, the firefighters of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the MAI were requested to intervene in the liquidation of a fire that broke out in the municipality of Comrat, on Cotovskogo Street, no. 31.

The call to Service 112 was received at 12:16, and two fire and rescue crews were sent to the scene. When they arrived, they determined that the flames had engulfed the roof of a two-level shop.

Thanks to the operative intervention, the fire was located at 12:28, avoiding the spread of the fire to the rooms inside the building.
At the moment, IGSU employees are continuing the work to completely extinguish the fire, and the cause and circumstances of the fire are to be determined later.
