Rescuers and Firefighters in the country continue to instruct children from educational institutions in the field of life security bases

The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the theoretical and practical training in educational institutions throughout the country, having as main objective the formation of a safe environment among the young generation.

between September 1 and 17, 2025, IGSU employees visits in 119 educational institutions of all levels, where 12 098 students and 1,086 teachers were trained. Recently, prevention activities have arrived in schools in the districts of Criuleni, Orhei, Nisporeni, Taraclia, Cahul and other localities of the country.
Children and young people from the districts of the Republic of Moldova benefit from interactive trainings carried out by rescuers from the territorial subdivisions of the IGSU.
The specialists come with useful information in schools and high schools, presented in the sense of minors of all ages, and actively involves them in exhaust exercises that contribute to the development of the correct behavior in exceptional situations. Thus, in 57 institutions, practical evacuation exercises were carried out, with the participation of 11 146 students, 910 teachers and 399 members of the auxiliary personnel. These simulations contribute directly to the preparation for fast and efficient reactions in real danger cases.
Training include important topics such as anti -centered rules, appropriate earthquake reactions, use of first intervention means and correct resort to service 112.
At the same time, students are directed to avoid the improper use of electrical appliances, not block the escape routes and immediately report any dangerous situation.
Prevention begins with education, and the efforts of IGSU rescuers in the territory are essential for developing responsibility and behavioral models of personal safety among children and young people.
