After an activity of more than two decades dedicated to the service of firefighters and rescuers, adjutant platoon sergeant of the internal service Todica Sergiu, head of the guard of the Vadul lui Vodă Firefighters and Firefighters Unit within Rescuers and Firefighters Detachment Ciocana, was spent in reserve.

Mr. Todica Sergiu started his activity within the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations on March 20, 2002, demonstrating professionalism, responsibility and devotion to the service.
During his career, the employee distinguished himself by his active involvement in intervention missions, contributing to saving human lives and liquidating the consequences of exceptional situations. For the results obtained and conscientious attitude towards service obligations, Adjutant Platoon Todica Sergiu was decorated with several distinctions, among which: the "Eminent Rescuer" Badge; Medal "For Impeccable Service" classes III, II and I, Cross "For Merit IGSU" class II, Medal "For Impeccable Service IGSU" class II.
