IGSU conducts interdepartmental tactical exercise at an oil base

On November 10, 2025, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the MAI is conducting an interdepartmental tactical exercise at an oil base located on Muncesti Street in the municipality of Chisinau.

The purpose of the application is to improve the intervention capabilities of the forces and the means of the intervention teams, to practice the operational procedures for managing emergency situations, as well as to test the information and data processing mechanisms in case of an exceptional situation.
According to the scenario, the forces and means intervene urgently, after the 112 Service is alerted to the occurrence of a large fire at a fuel filling station, as a result of a deflagration on the territory of the warehouse with large tonnage tanks.
in total, 59 rescuers and firefighters are trained in the application, with 16 specialized technical units from the IGSU.
as part of the exercise, actions are being taken to evacuate the company's staff, provide first aid to the injured persons, as well as practice extinguishing and unlocking techniques in the affected area.
Interdepartmental exercises are systematically organized for the formation of practical skills and the training of IGSU employees, as well as objective employees, contributing to increasing the efficiency and coordination of intervention actions, verifying cooperation actions between operative teams and perfecting intervention tactics and techniques.
At the same time, interdepartmental communication mechanisms and operative collaboration between IGSU, emergency services and the company's administration are tested.
The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations continues to conduct practical exercises to strengthen operative capacities and raise the level of training of the workforce in managing exceptional situations.
