After 20 hours of continuous intervention, the firefighters managed to liquidate the fire broke out at a warehouse with building materials located on Muncea Road no. 801 from Chisinau.

The IGSU crews acted promptly and efficiently, succeeding the complete liquidation of burning at 4:58 pm. At the moment, on the spot are carried out works for disassembling and washing the constructive materials affected by fire.

According to the first research, the fire harmed the construction of the warehouse, with an area of ​​over 3000 square meters.

in the mission of localization and liquidation of the fire, 19 intervention vehicles were trained with a number of 75 IGSU employees, including the Fire Train Train. At the same time, in order to ensure the security of the affected area and to maintain the public order, the police and carabinieri forces intervened.

We reiterate that no person suffered from the fire.

We recall that the fire broke out on the evening of September 30, 2025, in a warehouse with bituminous construction materials located on Muncești Road no. 801 from Chisinau. The call to service 112 was received at 9:03 pm. For the liquidation of the combustion, forces and means according to the increased level of intervention were directed, and for managing the on -site situation the General Staff was created.
